If you are unable to see your Hub after completing the orientation and offer form, please refresh the app by:
1. In the top right corner of the slider clicking the x .
2. Then click the hamburger menu (3 lines) in the left-hand corner of your device.
3. Scroll down to locate your Hub.
4. If you still do not see your hub and channels, log out and log back in. It can take a few minutes for all the channels to sync to the app.
