Sinegal, founder of The College of Prophets and #ProphetsArise Global Prophetic Community. The certification component is designed for prophetic voices who are called not only to hear—but to steward, deliver, and govern prophetic revelation with maturity, integrity, and precision, while operating within accountability and biblical alignment.
